I recently published a Review in Biophysical Journal called "A Primer On Bayesian Inference For Biophysical Systems", a copy can be found here. As I've been learning about Bayesian methods over the last few years, I found the barrier to entry to be fairly steep. Most explanatory texts and tutorials tend to be written by experts and for experts. In writing this Review, I wanted to provide an accessible and simple tutorial - the kind of guide I wish I had been able to read when I was getting started. My aim is that this will ease the learning curve for others and foster more discussion of Bayesian methods for biophysics.
